Nose

Overripe mango, candied citrus, beeswax, sandalwood and old leather, with the merest ghost of damp peat far in the distance.

Palate

Weightless and waxy. Tropical fruit compote, honey, polished oak and a trace of salted caramel, the peat a memory more than a presence.

Finish

Enormously long, fading through old oak, waxed fruit and gentle salinity into silence.
