Nose

Baked apple and pear, candied orange, raisin, toasted almond and a faint waxy note that has long been part of the Balblair signature.

Palate

Rich and supple — honey, sultana, dark toffee, clove, cocoa nib and a polished oak frame.

Finish

Long and dry-spiced, fading on dried fruit, walnut and a final lick of bittersweet oak.
