Palate

Grassy hay, vanilla, toffee, citrus, shredded wheat cereal — richer than expected thanks to 46% and no chill filtration

Finish

Clean, refreshing — honeyed citrus, the Foggie Moss water character coming through

Ex-bourbon matured, unpeated, non-chill filtered, natural colour. 46%. One of the best entry-level unpeated ex-bourbon Speysiders.
