Oranges and dark chocolate, hints of mint, honey, raisins. Caramel fudge, vanilla, peaches, apricots and nutmeg. A symphony of sweet spices and hazelnut. Opens up beautifully with time.
Palate
Oranges and citrus, raisins, caramel and honey. Peaches and apricots, black pepper, nutmeg and cinnamon. Ginger and dark chocolate dance across the palate. A mellow, intricate experience that gives new flavours over time.
Finish
A delightful medley of sweetness, spice, bitter orange, citrus and dark chocolate. Sustained and elegant.
