Nose
Salty and smoky — liquorice completes the profile. The Mizunara oak finish adds a distinctive aromatic quality. The Charente distilling heritage shows in the spirit's refinement.
Palate
Neat and direct — a peated taste with smoky notes while remaining light throughout. Ashy notes and beautiful length. The 50/50 split of new American oak and bourbon barrels provides the base, with the one-year Mizunara finish adding Japanese oak aromatics.
Finish
Long, with smoky ashy notes and a distinctive Mizunara warmth.
