Tasting Notes

Nose

Cucumber, lime, orange juice, with a hint of dry earth. Chocolate, custard cream biscuits and yeast emerge beneath. A complex, layered opening that rewards patience in the glass.

Palate

Lime takes the lead, followed by a musty warehouse quality, tangerine, pineapple and golden syrup. A warming pepper spice develops mid-palate, with the coastal character threading through everything.

Finish

Bright and tropical — candied pineapple, mango, banana bread, runny honey. Toffee, dark brown sugar, vanilla fudge and a gentle sweetness that lingers.
