First Impressions
The 15 Year Old is where Glencadam's house style really sings.
Distillery & Heritage
Glencadam's upward-tilted lyne arms produce a notably clean, fruit-forward spirit, and that purity is what allows extended ex-bourbon maturation to add weight without smothering character.
Tasting Notes in Detail
The nose offers honey, stewed Bramley apple, marzipan and dried apricot. The palate is silkier than the 10, with toffee, orchard fruit, roasted almond and a gentle lick of cinnamon.
Verdict
One of the most underrated 15 year old single malts in Scotland.
