Tasting Notes in Detail
The nose is bright and inviting — caramel, vanilla, cherry, orange peel, baking spice. The palate shows the genius of the blend: mature caramel, dark fruit, and oak from the sourced stock, balanced against a fresh herbal lift and lively fruit from the younger Bardstown distillate.
