Soft and fruity — transitioning to rich sherry character, chocolate, caramel, honey, the American oak providing sweetness while the sherry oak adds dried fruit and spice depth, perfectly balanced

Smoky sherry — sweetness lingering, the double cask providing a warm, comforting close, accessible and moreish
