Nose

Much of the ordinary bourbon scents – vanilla, cherry, nuttiness, and a hint of orange.

Palate

There’s a bite mid-palate, which is pretty much when the flavor kicks in. Notes of roasted sweet potato, vanilla bean, and bittersweet chocolate are present, along with the faint presence of baked goods, reminding me most of a coffee cake.

Finish

Comments: Latest On The Whiskey Wash Unspecified mash bill of a 4-grain blend of Corn, Rye, Wheat, and Malted Barley. Limited release of 500 bottles
