Finish

This light-bodied bourbon offers a unique complexity of flavors ranging from cedar to corn to a hint of peppermint. It has a medium to long finish with a lingering green peppercorn spiciness along with subtle fruit notes. I’d be curious to try an edition of this bourbon whiskey after it’s been aged for more than four years. rnrnOverall, a pleasant new bourbon from the great state of Texas that’s worth a little hat tip.
